Mid-February :) Hemi is starting his molt, so he’s a little moody…. Hopefully he takes well to Kingston

That duck is his bestie. It came home with him from the breeder and he doesn’t usually let it get far away ;)

So they aren’t siblings :) Kingston is a DG GW like Hemi, but the other one there is unrelated. The breeder I used needs a line of non-GW’s since both active breeding pairs have one parent each as a GW. This one is betrothed to a nice Normal Blue or Ino :)

My weebit is the one on the left :) He is a Dark Green Greywing, and his buddy there is a Wild Green Natural. The GW mutation almost adds a touch of yellow to Kingston's coloring to my eye :)

Hemi is now 3 months old and he just took his first bath that he actually enjoyed. Bat wings and all! Up until this point, the best response that I got was "unimpressed tolerance"... This was the end result of a lot of persistence and patience :) Video 1 Video 2 Video 3
